Will this conviction prevent me from being a police officer in MN?

I was convicted of petty theft when I was around 14 or 15. The stolen item was like $30 or something and I believe the charge was a petty misdemeanor, but it was "expunged". I'm referencing from this here.

I'm 19 now and I really don't know what I was thinking back then. I'm in college at the moment.

The pdf is sort of confusing me. I see some points where it says I can and others where I can not. Can anyone clear this up for me?

    Thanks.

That, by itself, would not prevent you from getting your certification in my state. I can't speak for the other states, but I'm almost certain that it would not be a problem in any of them either.
